Mary
B. Wacker is dedicated to helping people and organizations improve. As president
of M.B. Wacker Associates, Mary has led her firm in the successful
design and delivery of team building and leadership development
initiatives for Fortune 500 businesses and community organizations.
Leading this referral-based business for the last 15 years, her work
has been featured in Milwaukee’s Business Journal, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the
Small Business Times.

coach, Mary works with both corporate clients and individuals as a
catalyst for career success and personal fulfillment. She is
dedicated to helping her clients honor who they are in what they
do. Mary is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, a past
president of the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the American
Society for Training and Development, and member of the
International Association of Facilitators. An accomplished national
speaker and seminar leader, she is co-author of Stories Trainers
Tell: 55 Ready-to-Use Stories to Make Training Stick (Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer,
2003). Mary holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Educational
Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

John Morlan
is a professional coach and consultant. In his work with what
he calls the Fortunate 500, John partners with
individuals and organizations who are seriously ready to change
perspectives, take bold actions and achieve better results. An
accomplished speaker and author, John is frequently asked to
present keynote speeches, workshops and personal coaching. Areas
of expertise include Executive and Leadership Effectiveness as
well as Organizational Ethics.
John has held senior-level
management positions in both the consulting services field as
well as manufacturing. He is past president of Leadership
Technologies, Inc. and vice-president of The Advanced Management
Group, Inc. Both firms design and deliver organizational
development initiatives globally. John holds degrees from
Kentucky Christian College and The Ohio State University in
Marketing and Communications. He is a graduate of the Coaches
Training Institute, a member of the International Coach
Federation and a founding member of the International Coaches
Association.
